These terms apply when you use RecrurrentCleaning by Spotvira to request local recurring cleaning company quotes with Cleaning Terms and Schedule attached.
Request service
RecrurrentCleaning helps customers submit Cleaning Terms and Schedule to request offers from local cleaning companies. RecrurrentCleaning does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, quality, insurance/bonding status, staffing, scheduling, or that any provider will respond.
Independent providers
Cleaning companies are independent businesses. They are responsible for pricing, staffing, insurance/bonding claims, background-check claims, supplies, scheduling, guarantees, cancellation policies, cleaning quality, and completed services.
No direct cleaning service
RecrurrentCleaning does not perform cleaning services directly and is not a cleaning company, employer of cleaners, or guarantor of provider work.
